Marshall Daniel was born in 1898 in OR. Marshall Daniel's father was Joseph Eddy (Edward) SMITH and his mother was Nancy "Nannie" Elizabeth SCOTT. His maternal grandparents were Dr. John L SCOTT and Josephine RODMAN. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Lindsey Afton, Pliny Cleland, Carl Scott, Josie Eddy, Maggie May (Margaret), Seatta Rodman and Fannie Young. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 50 on November 18th, 1948 in Portland, Multnomah , OR. He was buried on November 20th, 1948 in Union Cemetery of Cedar Mill, Washington County, OR.1 Death Notes
