Catherine Purvis

Catherine was born in 1796. Catherine's father was James Purvis and her mother was Rhoda Roberts. Her paternal grandparents were Jesse Purvis and Mary Ballenger; her maternal grandparents were John Roberts and Sarah. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Calvin, James, William , Alfred, Jesse, John, Lydia, Betsy, Nancy, Rhoda and America. She was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.
