Millie, known as Millie, was born on December 27th, 1786 in Culpeper Co., VA.. Millie's father was Lieutenant John BROWNING Sr. and her mother was Betty (Betty). Her paternal grandparents were Frank (Frank) III and Frances Eman Norman. She had six brothers and seven sisters, named George Strother, John Dabney, William Winston, Charles Dabney, Oliver Winston, Francis Strother, Mary Wade, Mary Elizabeth, Lucy, Fannie, Elizabeth, Nancy and Sally. She was the seventh oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 67 on February 24th, 1854 in Knox Co., OH..-
