Sarah Catherine Laird 
Sarah Catherine was born on February 11th, 1856 in San Joaquin County, California. Sarah Catherine's father was Eleazar Givens Laird and her mother was Mary Jane McDowell. Her paternal grandparents were James Kerr Jr. Laird and Louisa "Lonie" Givens. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named John Richard, Robert Robertson, Samuel James, David Terry, Eleazar Givens, George Thomas, William Franklin, Louis Porter, Eusibia Neville, Louisa Mary and Virginia Mabel. She died at the age of 38 on February 2nd, 1895 in Cunningham, Merced County, California.General Notes
