George Thomas Laird 
George Thomas was born on July 27th, 1870 in Merced County, California. George Thomas' father was Eleazar Givens Laird and his mother was Mary Jane McDowell. His paternal grandparents were James Kerr Jr. Laird and Louisa "Lonie" Givens. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named John Richard, Robert Robertson, Samuel James, David Terry, Eleazar Givens, William Franklin, Louis Porter, Eusibia Neville, Louisa Mary, Sarah Catherine and Virginia Mabel. He died at the age of 68 on April 12th, 1939 in Merced County, California.General Notes
