Louis Porter Laird 
Louis Porter's father was Eleazar Givens Laird and his mother was Mary Jane McDowell. His paternal grandparents were James Kerr Jr. Laird and Louisa "Lonie" Givens. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named John Richard, Robert Robertson, Samuel James, David Terry, Eleazar Givens, George Thomas, William Franklin, Eusibia Neville, Louisa Mary, Sarah Catherine and Virginia Mabel.General Notes
