Lucinda Higgs 
Lucinda was born in February 1878 in Sand Springs, Grayson Co, KY and her baptism took place in Children Fact. Lucinda's father was Moody C. Higgs and her mother was Nancy Jane Decker. Her maternal grandparents were Valentine Decker and Louisa Cockriel. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Victor 'Val' T., James Monroe, John Melvin, Robert Emmitt, John Lemuel, Emily 'Emma' J., Elizabeth, Lula and Golda Mae. She was the third oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 57 on November 1st, 1935 in Muhlenberg Co, KY. She was buried on November 3rd, 1935 in Poplar Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Mclean Co, KY.General Notes
