William Thomas Foster 
William Thomas was born on October 16th, 1869 in Barren Co Ky.1 William Thomas' father was James Andrew Foster and his mother was Ruth Elizabeth Lowe. His paternal grandparents were Joseph H Foster and Celine Wilson. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph H., Jasper E., Clarence Grimstead, Clem, Ida F. and Fannie. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 83 on January 24th, 1953 in Barrren Co Ky.1 -
