John Leeright Foster 
John was born on January 13th, 1837 in Jefferson Co., Kentucky.1 John's father was James H. Foster and his mother was Nancy Monteith Jones. His paternal grandparents were Bartlett Foster and Elizabeth Harris. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named David, William, James, Robert, Benjamin, Rufus, Joshua, Naomi, Jane, Nancy, Emily and Linzy. He was the fifth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 73 on November 25th, 1910 in Brooks, Bullitt County, Kentucky. He was buried in November 1910 in Foster Cemetery , Bullitt County , Kentucky.2 2 -
