Benjamin Franklin Foster 
Benjamin was born on December 11th, 1840 in Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky.1 Benjamin's father was James H. Foster and his mother was Nancy Monteith Jones. His paternal grandparents were Bartlett Foster and Elizabeth Harris. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named David, William, James, Robert, John, Rufus, Joshua, Naomi, Jane, Nancy, Emily and Linzy. He was the third youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 65 on May 27th, 1906 in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.2 -
