James Riley Foster 
James Riley was born in 1872 in Temple Hill, Barren Co, Kentucky.1 James Riley's father was Robert Elam Foster and his mother was Quintella E 'Quinnie' Wells. His paternal grandparents were James Ward Foster and Susanna Huffman. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James H. R., Lud Paul, Chris Benton, Parker, Ada A. and Mary Bell. He was the oldest of the seven children.-
