John Henry Despain 
John Henry was born on February 23rd, 1884 in Green Co., KY. John Henry's father was Lewis Oscar Despain and his mother was Amanda J. Johnston. His paternal grandparents were John B. Despain and Malinda A. Bazor. He had a brother and three sisters, named George M., Mary Green, Emile T. and Rosa Lee. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 46 on September 20th, 1930 in LaRue Co., KY.General Notes
