Jehu R. Colyer 
Jehu R. was born in 1856 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Jehu R.'s father was St. Clair Colyer and his mother was Elizabeth C. Morgan. His paternal grandparents were John Wesley Colyer and Lydia Memes Purvis. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John William, James L., St. Clare, Charles C., Willie, Perry Nathan, Nancy W., Idelia C. and W. Alma. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died in 1856.General Notes
