Mary Bruce 
Mary was born in 1282 in Scotland.1 Mary's father was 3rd Earl of Carrick Robert de Brus Lord of Annandale and her mother was Countess Margaret of Carrick. Her paternal grandparents were Lord of Annandale Robert (The Competitor) de Brus and Isabel of Gloucester De Clare; her maternal grandparents were Earl Neal of Carrick and Margaret Stewart. She had five brothers and six sisters, named The Bruce, Edward, Nigel, Thomas, Alexander, Isabella, Christina, Maud, Margaret, Elizabeth and Margery. She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 41 on September 22nd, 1323.2 -
