Carthy Best 
Carthy's father was George Best and her mother was Sarah Francis Fulkerson. Her maternal grandparents were James Reid Fulkerson and Matilda Ann Kerrick. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Walter Timothy, Johnny, Amos, Dugan, Hal, Homer, Les, Clemmy, Lizzie, Florence and Mary.General Notes
She developed quite an interest in Indian relics, and through theyears, accumulated an extensive collection.
