John BROWNING 
John was born in 1774. John's father was Edmond Browning and his mother was ???? (Mrs. Edmund) BROWNING. His paternal grandparents were Francis Browning and Elizabeth Carter Lloyd. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Caleb, Joshua, Robert J., Nimrod, Haney, Elizabeth, Mary Clary and Rachel. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 61 in 1835 in Caswell Co., N. C..General Notes
