William Landgraf von Hessen-Kassel 
William Landgraf was born in 1787. William Landgraf's father was Friedrich Landgraf von Hessen-Kassel and his mother was Karoline von Nassau-Usingen. His paternal grandparents were Friedrich II von Hessen-Kassel and Mary von Great Britain. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Karl, Friedrich, Ludwig, Georg, Luise, Marie and Augusta. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 in 1867.-
