Johann Franz Ferdinand Schwartze

Johann Franz Ferdinand was born on August 8th, 1812 in Verden.¹   Johann Franz Ferdinand's father was Carl Christoph Ferdinand Schwartze and his mother was Metta Eleonora Anna Regina Koch.  His paternal grandfather was Johann Franz Schwartze; his maternal grandparents were Christian Gottlieb Koch and Catherina Margaretha Dorothea Maria Koch. He had six brothers and a sister, named Friederich Christian, Johann Heinrich Wilhelm, Carl Gottlieb, Carl August Hermann, Georg Wilhelm Heinrich, Wilhelm Heinrich and Anna Sophia Maria Elisabeth.  He was the oldest of the eight children. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Stillborn, Carl Ernest Julius, Carl Wilhelm Ernst, August Christian Eduard, Hermann Heinrich and Anna Dorothea Auguste.  He died at the age of 55 on January 13th, 1868 in Aurich.¹
