Christine Borthwick

Christine was born about 1469 in Nenthorn, East Lothian, Scotland. Christine's father was William Borthwick and her mother was Mariota De Hopepringle. Her paternal grandfather was William Borthwick; her maternal grandparents are Thomas Hopringill and Margaret Turnbull. She had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Adam, Alexander, Margaret, Agnes, Mary and Catherine. She is the fourth youngest of the eight children.
