Blanch Elma was born on August 9th, 1906 in Bridgewater, Williams County, Ohio. Blanch Elma's father was Ellsworth Ervin Hillard and her mother was Mary Frances Benner. Her paternal grandparents were William Henry Hillard and Elizabeth E. Bailey. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Wilbur Raymond, Ernest G., Bertha Fern and Edna Mary. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 83 on June 1st, 1990 in Bryan, Williams County, Ohio. She was buried in Pioneer Cemetery, Pioneer, Williams County, Ohio.-
