Franklin Cooley 
Franklin was born on December 19th, 1865 in Bloom, Seneca County, Ohio. Franklin's father was William H. Cooley and his mother was Rebecca Hillard. His maternal grandparents were Peris Hillard and Clarrisa Kimball. He had two brothers named Stephen Douglas and Charles. He was the youngest of the three children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Phanael, Perry, Ira Daniel, James H., Abigail and Clarissa. He died at the age of 74 on June 22nd, 1940 in Bloom, Seneca County, Ohio. He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bloom, Seneca County, Ohio.-
