Charles Cooley 
Charles was born on September 23rd, 1863 in Bloom, Seneca County, Ohio. Charles' father was William H. Cooley and his mother was Rebecca Hillard. His maternal grandparents were Peris Hillard and Clarrisa Kimball. He had two brothers named Stephen Douglas and Franklin. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Phanael, Perry, Ira Daniel, James H., Abigail and Clarissa. He died at the age of 22 on April 7th, 1886 in Bloom, Seneca County, Ohio. He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bloom, Seneca County, Ohio.-
