Francis B was born in August 1870 in Wisconsin, USA.1 Francis B's father was George Washington Love and his mother was Carolyn Amanda Rathbun. His paternal grandparents were Clinton LOVE and Mary Elizabeth Stalker; his maternal grandparents were James Eldred Rathbun and Ruth Cummings. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Joseph Phenias, JAMES CLINTON, Charles A, Elmer E, Frank S, Carrie M and Mary A. He is the second oldest of the eight children. He had a half-sister named Carrie Adeltha.-
