Clinton was born on July 4th, 1804 in Manluis, Onondaga, NY, USA.1 Clinton's father was Richard Love and his mother was Charlotte Rose. His paternal grandfather was John Love; his maternal grandparents were Peter Rose and Sarah Gates. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Leonard, Jeremiah, Erastus, Polly, Harriet, Sophrona, Levina, Laura Ann and Julia Ann. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 72 on December 14th, 1876 in Parkers Prairie, Ottertail, WI, USA.1 -
