Elmer E was born in 1880 in WI.1 Elmer E's father was George Washington Love and his mother was Carolyn Amanda Rathbun. His paternal grandparents were Clinton LOVE and Mary Elizabeth Stalker; his maternal grandparents were James Eldred Rathbun and Ruth Cummings. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Joseph Phenias, Francis B, JAMES CLINTON, Charles A, Frank S, Carrie M and Mary A. He is the second youngest of the eight children. He had a half-sister named Carrie Adeltha.-
