Samuel Hoyt 
Samuel was born in 1643 in Fairfield, Fairfield, CT, USA.1 Samuel's father was Simon Hoyt and his mother was Susanna Smith. His maternal grandparents were Richard Smith and Rebecca Buswell. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named John, Walter, Thomas, William, Joshua, Benjamin, Agnes, Hanna, Mary, Deborah, Miriam, Sarah and Miriam. He was the fifth youngest of the fourteen children. He had seven half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Moses, John, Edward, Thomas, Oliver, Samuel, Elias, Mary, Abigail, Anna, Hannah and Salice. He died at the age of 77 on April 7th, 1720 in Stamford, Fairfield, CT, USA.1 -
