Joel Robbins 
Joel was born in 1790 in NC. Joel's father was Arthur Robbins and his mother was Mary Penolope Sellers. His paternal grandparents were Williams Robbins and Mary Wells Battle; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Sellers and Sarah Hickman. He had four brothers and a sister, named Arthur Robbins, Johnathan, William Absolom, Daniel and Unknown. He had a half-brother named Benjamin. He died at the age of 31 in September 1821 in Brunswick Co., NC.-
