Rebecca Besse 
Rebecca was born in 1657 in Sandwich, Barnstable, MA, USA.1 Rebecca's father was Anthony Besse and her mother was Jane Beme. Her paternal grandfather was John Besse. She had a brother and five sisters, named David, Anne, Dorcas, Mary, Jane and Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 89 on September 30th, 1746.1 General Notes

about 15, and we thus place her as the daughter of Anthony Besse and
born after his will was made.
REBECCA married William Hunter of Barnstable, as proven by her
mother's will naming her granddaughters Alice and Rebecca Hunter.
