Rebecca was born on April 23rd, 1796 in Giles, VA, USA.1 Rebecca's father was George Parris and her mother was Rebecca Clay. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Pearis and Pratchey Moytoy. She had four brothers and three sisters, named George N, Robert Alexander, Charles Lewis, Samuel Pepper, Julia, Rhoda and Eleanor. She had nine half-brothers and ten half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named Moses "Tu Lu Squit", Robert, John David, Aaron, George Parris, George, James, John, William, Nellie, Sallie, Lucretia, Betsy, Caty, Lucretia, Lueretia, Nancy, Rachael, Rachel and Jesse. She died at the age of 78 on June 15th, 1874 in Pilot Point, Denton, TX, USA.1 -
