Charles Lewis was born in 1789 in Clover Bottom, Mercer, VA, USA.1 Charles Lewis' father was George Parris and his mother was Rebecca Clay. He had nine half-brothers and ten half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named Moses "Tu Lu Squit", Robert, John David, Aaron, George Parris, George, James, John, William, Nellie, Sallie, Lucretia, Betsy, Caty, Lucretia, Lueretia, Nancy, Rachael, Rachel and Jesse. He died at the age of 61 in 1850 in Mercer, WV, USA.1 -
