Margaret Barnett

Margaret was born in 1752 in Mecklenburg, NC, USA.¹   Margaret's father was Hugh Barnett and her mother was Elizabeth Charity Ashmore.  Her paternal grandfather was Thomas Barnett. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert, James, Elizabeth, Hannah, Agness, Mary and Dorcas.  She was the oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 38 on October 5th, 1790.¹
