Agness Barnett

Agness was born in 1756 in Mecklenburg, NC, USA.¹ Agness' father was Hugh Barnett and her mother was Elizabeth Charity Ashmore. Her paternal grandfather was Thomas Barnett. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert, James, Margaret, Elizabeth, Hannah, Mary and Dorcas. She is the fourth youngest of the eight children.
