Isaac was born about 1678 in Freetown, Bristol, MA. Isaac's father was John Hathaway and his mother was Hannah Anna Burt. His paternal grandparents were John Hathaway and Martha Shephard; his maternal grandparents were James Burt and Mrs. Anna Burt. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Jacob, Ephraim, Thomas, Martha, Hannah, Abigail, Sarah and Experience. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died on September 13th, 1758 in Freetown, Bristol, MA.-
