Abigail was born on January 1st, 1680 in Freetown, Bristol, MA. Abigail's father was John Hathaway and her mother was Hannah Anna Burt. Her paternal grandparents were John Hathaway and Martha Shephard; her maternal grandparents were James Burt and Mrs. Anna Burt. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Jacob, Isaac, Ephraim, Thomas, Martha, Hannah, Sarah and Experience. She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 81 on April 3rd, 1761 in Freetown, Bristol, MA.-
