Martha Brooke 
Martha was born in 1577 in London, London, England. Martha's father was John Brooke and her mother was Elizabeth Whitman. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Brooke and Katheryn (Westby or Weld); her maternal grandparents are Edward Whitman and Bridget Kellond. She had seven brothers and eight sisters, named William, John, John, Robert, Nathaniel, Thomas, Benjamin, Susan, Joanne, Margaret, Elizabeth, Mary, Katherine, Sarah and Rebecca. She is the second youngest of the sixteen children.-
