John Brooke 
John was born on October 22nd, 1563 in St Leonard's, Eastcheap, London, England. John's father was John Brooke and his mother was Elizabeth Whitman. His paternal grandparents were Robert Brooke and Katheryn (Westby or Weld); his maternal grandparents are Edward Whitman and Bridget Kellond. He had six brothers and nine sisters, named William, John, Robert, Nathaniel, Thomas, Benjamin, Susan, Joanne, Margaret, Elizabeth, Mary, Katherine, Sarah, Rebecca and Martha. He was the seventh oldest of the sixteen children. He died at the age of 14 on February 23rd, 1578 in St Leonard's, Eastcheap, London, England.-
