Warren and his paternal grandmother is Mary Katie Underwood; his maternal grandfather was Joseph DeSpain and his maternal grandmother is Sarah Morrison. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Neal Thomas, William, Louis Raymond, Ethel, Nora Alice and Flora M.. He had a half-sister named William E..
