Warren and his paternal grandmother is Mary Katie Underwood; his maternal grandfather was Joseph DeSpain and his maternal grandmother is Sarah Morrison. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John Christmas, William, Louis Raymond, Ethel, Nora Alice and Flora M.. He had a half-sister named William E.. He died at the age of 71 on September 27th, 1960 in Barren Co.,Kentucky. He was buried in Despain-Thompson Cemetery,Green Co.,Kentukcy.-
