James Frank was born on December 18th, 1911 in Green Co.,Kentucky. James Frank's father was William Edward Warren and his mother was Henry Ann Davis. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Patrick Warren and Sarah Emeline Sutherland; his maternal grandparents were James Hamilton Davis and Caroline Dezarn. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Richard Thomas, David Milton, George Washington, Creed Haskin, Mary Ida, Ada Maude, Florence E., Nettie, Agatha Gertrude and Dorothy Beatrice. He died at the age of 83 on May 18th, 1995 in Louisville,Jefferson Co.,Kentucky.-
