Stephen Skaggs 
Stephen was born in 1764 in Virginia. Stephen's father was James ,Jr. Skaggs and his mother is Mary Unknown. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Unknown. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Henry, James ,3rd,Rev., William Squire, Jeremiah, Rachel, Jenny, Loveless and Mary Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 50 on December 14th, 1814 in Kentucky.-
