Louisa Skaggs 
Louisa was born in 1836. Louisa's father was Matthew Skaggs and her mother is Mary Catherine Long. Her paternal grandfather is Jeremiah Skaggs and her paternal grandmother was Rebecca Mayse. She had three brothers and six sisters, named William M., Stephen M., Thomas, Harriet, Mary Ann, Letitia, Nancy, Susan Ann and Elizabeth. She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 19 on November 7th, 1855 in Green Co.,Kentucky.-
