Harriet Skaggs 
Harriet was born in 1826. Harriet's father was Matthew Skaggs and her mother is Mary Catherine Long. Her paternal grandfather is Jeremiah Skaggs and her paternal grandmother was Rebecca Mayse. She had three brothers and six sisters, named William M., Stephen M., Thomas, Mary Ann, Letitia, Nancy, Louisa, Susan Ann and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 52 on October 3rd, 1878.-
