Gideon McCorcle 
Gideon was born on June 15th, 1892 in Killeen,Bell Co.,Texas. Gideon's father was Whipple Wesson , Dr. McCorcle and his mother was Fannie L. Blackburn. His paternal grandparents were Archibald T. McCorcle and Carolina Eliza Matilda Cook Allen. He had a brother and a sister, named Jerico and Mary Elizabeth. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Denny Jenks, Port Ellis, Michael, Gideon, Lavinia and Hester Jennette. He died at the age of 81 in 1973 in Temple,Bell Co.,Texas. He was buried in Blackburn Cemetery,Killeen,Bell Co.,Texas.-
