Alice Lizzie Johnston 
Alice Lizzie was born in December 1869 in Austin Co. Texas (Eight Miles Point). Alice Lizzie's father was William E. Johnston and her mother was Elizabeth Miles Allen. Her paternal grandparents were John L. Johnson and Eliza McGee; her maternal grandparents were Miles Norton Allen and Mary Penelope Dodson. She had three brothers and four sisters, named James Woodall, Leander, William Franklin, Francis May McGee, Maria Jane, Penelope Elizabeth and Eliza. She is the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had a half-brother named William Franklin.-
