Eliza McGee 
Eliza was born in 1808 in Georgia. She died at the age of 77 in 1885 in Coryell Co.,Texas.General Notes
Was a successful rancher and farmer in her on right. At the time of her husband's death, they owned very little. She managed to buy land from James W. Allen and raised her family.
It is thought by several lines that Eliza is the source of our "Indian" Blood.
Eliza and John L. were married in a religious ceremony on May 20th, 1824 in Mobile Co.,Alabama. They had a son and a daughter, named William E. and Penelope.

Penelope Johnston
Penelope was born on February 1st, 1829 in Mobile,Mobile Co.,Alabama. She died at the age of 80 on December 21st, 1909 in Wallis,Austin Co.,Texas. She was buried in Wallis,Austin Co.,Texas.
William E. Johnston
William E. was born in 1833 in Hinds Co.,Mississippi. He died at the age of 51 on January 28th, 1884 in Wallis,Austin Co.,Texas. He was buried in Wallis,Austin Co.,Texas.
Eliza and Isaac were married in a religious ceremony in 1859.
