Sarah Elizabeth was born on December 5th, 1857 in Neshoba County,Mississippi. Sarah Elizabeth's father was William Simmons Daniel and her mother was Permintia Wesley Stewart. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Daniel and Jane Simmons; her maternal grandfather was Hamilton Stewart and her maternal grandmother is Joanna Jacoway. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Joseph John, James Hamilton, William Allen, Thomas Jefferson, Jessie Simmons, William Simmons, Benjamin Franklin, Charlie Henry, Nancy Elizebeth, Mary Jane and Rebecca Joanna. She died at the age of 47 on December 14th, 1904.-
