Richard Clark was born on October 17th, 1856 in Cumberland Co.,Kentucky. Richard Clark's father was Richard Clark Bouldin and his mother was Emma Amelia Dickens. His paternal grandparents are John Bouldin and Betsy Lampkin. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Luther, Henry S., Robert E. Lee, Wylie Cox, Jane Eliza, Bernice, Clara Eugenia and Martha Harris. He had five half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Pleasant C., James A., John G., Thomas T., Willliam M., Polly Ann, Bettie L., Susan C., Sarah Ellen, Ella and Nancy. He died at the age of 27 on November 15th, 1883.-
