Martha Allen 
Martha was born in 1840. Martha's father was John Calhoun Allen and her mother was Mary Holcombe. Her paternal grandfather was Hiram Allen and her paternal grandmother is Mary Ann Susanna Unknown. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Hiram George, John Burchfield, James A., Harmon Holcombe, Thomas Price, George Washington, Mary Ann Elizabeth and Cassandra Ann. She is the second youngest of the nine children.-
