James William Allen 
James William was born on October 17th, 1887 in Wallis,Austin Co.,Texas. James William's father was Samuel Norton Allen and his mother was Edna Sidney Tomlinson. His paternal grandparents were James William Allen and Penelope Johnston. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert Newton, Herman Lloyd, Jessie Sam, Penelope, Ida Delia and Bessie Enda. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 4 on July 26th, 1892 in Wallis,Austin Co.,Texas.General Notes
