Sarah Woodward 
Sarah was born about 1703 in West Bradford, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Sarah's father was Richard Woodward and her mother was Deborah Stanfield. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Woodward and Jane Petty Nayle; her maternal grandparents were Francis Stanfield and Grace Achelly. She had two brothers and six sisters, named William, James, Deborah, Jane, Elizabeth, Hannah, Mary and Grace. She is the second oldest of the nine children. She had seven half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Henry, John, Richard, Thomas, Richard, John, William, Mary, Alice, Deborah, Susanna and Esther.-
